
Lately, I have been focused on improving my health. My cycle trainer told me to start counting and tracking my food. Being the digital diva I am, of course I need to track it online or on my phone. I searched long and hard for an application. Here was my criteria:

After using several applications, I found the one! LiveStrong.com sponsored by Lance Armstrong. This has an online application as well as one for the iPhone. It is simple and has the largest database of food and also allows you to customize food plans, meals, calories and more. You can great an online profile, make friends with other folks tracking their health and looking for support. It has helped me stay on track with my nutrition now for over two weeks.
